Language

We take events from identity to the final frame of the broadcast. Conferences, galas and sports events are designed as one coherent system: in the venue, in print, on screens and on air.

Ask for a quote

An event lasts a few hours, but its image stays with the audience for years: in coverage, photographs, recordings and the broadcast itself. We therefore treat event design as a brand that has to work in the venue, in print, on screens and on television at the same time, often in real time.

We start with the visual identity of the event or conference and develop it into a complete system: stage graphics, wayfinding, materials for attendees and partners, social media and video. The same visual language then carries onto the air as broadcast graphics.

On the live side we are responsible for broadcast graphics and live production: from the graphics package, through animation and data-driven elements, to operating graphics during transmission. Our deepest experience is in sports broadcasting, where legibility, pace and flawless work under time pressure matter most.

What you get

  • Visual identity for an event or event series
  • Stage graphics, screens and wayfinding
  • Materials for attendees, partners and press
  • Communication before, during and after the event
  • Broadcast graphics package: openers, lower thirds, full-screens, transitions
  • Data-driven live graphics: scores, statistics, line-ups, clocks
  • Animation and motion design for screens and broadcast
  • Live stream production and on-air graphics operation

One system from stage to screen

The most common problem with events is a fragmented identity: one look on stage, another in print and a third in the broadcast. We design event visuals as a single system with clear rules that stays consistent whatever the medium or scale.

The event becomes recognisable at every touchpoint, from the invitation and the entrance to the frame a viewer sees on a TV or a phone.

Broadcast graphics and sports

In a live broadcast, graphics are part of the story rather than decoration. We design broadcast packages for real transmission conditions: legibility on every screen, fast data updates and smooth transitions between shots.

In sport we turn scores, statistics and line-ups into clear information a viewer reads in a fraction of a second. Templates and animations are built so the production team can use them quickly and safely, even across long broadcasts.

Delivery and full accountability

We do not stop at design. We coordinate production, work with organisers, set designers, printers and the broadcast crew, and during the event we run the graphics on screens and on air.

The client has one partner accountable for the entire image of the event, which shortens decisions and removes the risk of details getting lost between suppliers.

Questions

Do you handle events end to end?

Yes. We can lead the entire visual side, from the event identity, materials and stage graphics to graphics in the live broadcast. We can also join a project at a specific stage.

What kind of broadcasts do you produce?

We design graphics for and produce live broadcasts of sports events, conferences and galas, for television as well as online. Scope and technical set-up are agreed individually for each production.

Can the graphics use live data?

Yes. We build templates that display scores, statistics, line-ups or timing from current data, so the information on air is always up to date.

How early should we get in touch?

For major events, ideally a few months ahead, to allow time for identity, production and graphics testing. Smaller productions and refreshing an existing package can be prepared faster.

Can you also provide apparel and merchandise for the event?

Yes. We design and produce event merchandise: apparel for staff and volunteers, badges, and items for attendees and partners. We coordinate production and delivery to the venue.
